That tiny tub is all we bought this year. And most of them were duds.
SUPER easy and mellow 4th this year. We just were not at all motivated to try and go anywhere with the babies. The across the street neighbors always have an hours worth of driveway fireworks. So I had our three big kids camp on the front porch to watch the fun.
So grateful for our country and for kids that go with the flow.
Well my three big kids sat still for long enough so I could get their requested 4th of July nails done. Thankful that they all wanted to match. Got them done in record time assembly line style. 🙂
Regan first swim without the turtle.
Dwayne tossed him across the pool many many times. He loved it. Dwayne got out, and I got in. Regan asked me to “fly me far Mom.” I knew I was not capable of flying him very far at all so I told him he could “fly” himself off the diving board. He thought this was a brilliant idea.
It started like this. It took some doing to convince him that he could do it without his turtle.
And then we couldn’t tear him away. He slept like a rock this night.
