We’ve kept her alive and in decent condition for THIRTEEN years now. 13! She’s our Shrimpy Mcshorty. Our sassy mother hen. Our person who made us parents. We couldn’t possibly love this girl more. And just like that she’s 13! She’s amazing, strong (spiritually/physically/emotionally), kind, funny, sassy, and wise. She’s just a little Mama with an old soul. We sure have had a blast getting to know her over the last 13 years and we can’t wait to see what this next turn around the sun brings for her. Whatever it is she’ll rock it with her usual persistence and far fewer swear words than her Mama. Every day we are blessed by this girl here. We’re truly blessed to be her parents and get to witness her daily growth. She’s pretty amazing and we’re ever so grateful that she chose us. We love you FOR.EV.ER Tootsie!!

We frequently go camping with our friends. We LOVE it. I’m not always great at documenting the fun.

Ronon’s face says it all. Awesome weekend with friends in the woods. I love camping weekends.

Off to the wedding vow renewal. The kids look sharp and we’re excited to meet Ronon’s Mom for the first time. I’m hoping she’ll be open to having a photo or two taken with Ronon as he’s been asking.

I maintain that awkward photos are better than no photos. I’m beyond thrilled to have these photos of Ronon with his sister Elizabeth and Mom Nicole. Thrilled. It would have been perfect if his brother Odin was there too. Perhaps one day I’ll get one with the four of them together. until then I’ thrilled with these photos!
