Ronon and I have been going on Sunday afternoon walks. It’s usually just the two of us. Kaylee occasionally joins us. We walk up to the Vet Collage to see the livestock. It’s a good time. And for months Ronon has been watching all the Jurassic Park movies with me. ALL of them. And chatting about them.

Rononism: After watching me weave through to the other side he approached the fence cautiously.

R: “I just need to check for electricity.”(Gingerly touches.) Okay. It’s fine.

Me: “Come on Timmy! You can do it.”

R: “I’m not Timmy. Timmy dies.”

Me:”Ya, but only for a minute.”

R: “He.Still.Dies.Mom.”

Ronon cleared the non electric fence and did not die. He’s no Timmy.

We planted strawberries. AND they’re thriving. This is our first haul. They are so sweet and juicy. Happy happy kids today.

AMAZING lake camping weekend with friends. Montierths came up for the day and we had the Glazners all weekend. ALL the kids were happy. ALL of them. We spent hours on the lake, had a massive egg hunt of confetti eggs followed by an epic smash war, and ate soooo much yummy food. And Jon napped lots. It was perfect.
