I finally got the children in for their well child check-ups. Cold and flu season was not kind so Regan was four months behind schedule.

Both kiddos are healthy. Regan is only 1.5 inches, and 2 lbs smaller than Kaylee. It’s no wonder people think they are twins!

Their growth is staying steady so Dr. A isn’t concerned about them being short and skinny.

Waiting…… and waiting…..

He did give me a referral for an allergist for both kids. And was happy to hear that they are both seeing the dermatologist this week. We have a follow-up appointment in six months so he can see their skin and get them on the scale.

Kaylee’s skin has been exceptionally bad the last few weeks. BAD. She is not sleeping well due to itching all night, and requests new bedding because of the blood. It’s SO sad. We have been doing EVERYTHING, and she is still miserable. She spends most of the day with Vaseline (or the like) and socks on her hands.

It was all smiles and laughter until the nurse came in the the shot. Chicken pox booster. Kaylee was less than pleased. She cried for about 45 seconds. It totally traumatized her. 😉  That is until she remembered her promised ice cream.
