My AWESOME brother Barry offered to come up and watch the kiddos so Jon and I could go have a real V-day date. Those of you who don’t know him are missing out, ’cause he is just AWESOME! After Jon took me to an amazing sushi dinner at Ninja we went to Wal-mart to grab a few things. We picked up panties for Kaylee! Her Papa provided the funds. Thanks Dad. And as you can see she LOVES her panties. Jon put a pair on her so she could see how cool they were (she was about to get a bath), and then she put on a second pair by her self (we need to work on getting one leg in each hole). She is currently fighting her first cold so I’ll start actual potty training when she wins her battle. Hope everyone else had an awesome V-day. And thanks Barry for watching sicky Kaylee and Mister man.
Regan’s blessing
It’s so easy to get Regan to smile and laugh. I had so much fun taking his picture Sunday morning. I have to thank my awesome helpers, Kaylee, Sam, and Barry.

These were the best of our little family. I hope to get some more in a few months. You know when hopefully my little ones are in a more cooperative mood. hehe…

Nothing more to say. We LOVE this guy.
Thank you everyone who came. We appreciate all of you helping to celebrate our little guy.
why?
this is Kaylee’s new favorite word. she asks me why about EVERYTHING. honestly i LOVE it. but it led to this conversation that makes me laugh and equally terrifies me (and Jon) for teenage Kaylee.
this was a conversation i had with my little 21 month old about a week ago. i was changing a particularly foul diaper of hers and trying not to breath too much.
me: “Kaylee you should really go poo poo in the potty.”
kaylee: “why?”
me: “everyone goes poo poo in the potty.”
kaylee:” a Ree Ree.”
i didn’t know how to respond to such a logical argument. for heavens sake she was right Regan doesn’t poop in the potty!
also check out these cuties. Kaylee and Kael were so fun to watch.
