Look Ma no hands!

He does this lots. For a while now. Not just holding stuff, but grabbing stuff with his feet. Funny monkey man!

I snapped these pictures at Jon’s office. We had a LONG day of Dr. visits for the children. A.LONG.DAY!!! It involved another blood draw for Mister Man, and two doctors. Their pediatric and dermatologist had to put their heads together about the yucky skin. . Bug is getting checked for Celiac since the new diet isn’t clearing his skin and he is still having the butt vomit. 🙁 Kaylee actually had fun with getting checked by both docs as they decided new skin care treatments for both of the children. We have another new game plan and go in for a follow up in a couple of weeks. Also I am to take away all solids from Regan. So he is nursing more often. I am to re-introduce things one at a time, and am not to give him any baby cereal, or for that matter eat any grains myself. Jon and I joked that I’ve been put on the Atkins diet. Guess I will be able to loose my last 15 lbs……..

Productive day at the office

is the subject line of an e-mail from my Hunny. Here is the e-mail for all to enjoy.

So we had a busted LED monitor that we replaced for someone so we tore it apart and made some art out of it.
We added post-it notes, cat-5e, a Dotson model car, a cinnamon candy man, a pen, some CDs, and a lamp (for light and stability) the rest is all LED monitor for a laptop.

This is what the project started as. By the way the hand is in front of the plastic not behind with the metal snake.

I LOVE this guy. He is the best at endlessly amusing me. I have lots of pictures from his birthday (last week), but cannot for the life of me find a cable to get them off the camera. We only have like 5 (seriously) floating around the house. But can a person (me) find one when needed? Nope! (Thank you Kaylee for thinking they are the best toys…) So I’ll have Jon bring yet another one home so I can do his birthday post.

do you ever have a moment

of pure idiocy? A total “what the heck was I thinking!” moment? I made this deliciousness. And DELISH it indeed is. Kaylee having food allergies caused me to start making my own (for safety reasons) granola cereal and bars. We both love this stuff. I had not made any for several months so a few days ago I whipped a batch up. Doesn’t it look OH SO YUM-O?

Well we have been enjoying big bowls of this for breakfast. We really love it. Well in all my “brilliance” I forgot that I had recently discovered that Regan is allergic (of course) to oatmeal. He had an awful reaction to the baby oatmeal. He was rashed out head to toe, and got the ever fun butt vomit. So my third morning of having a bowl of granola it dawns on me mid spoonful that Regan’s mystery mouth rash and butt vomit the last couple of days were not in fact a mystery. That they were caused by me! His Mama who just wasn’t thinking! And just as I had this revelation my older sister called me. So she got to hear all about it. And we laughed because what else do you do? I asked Jacck’ee if I should just throw my bowl away, and she said to just finish it as the damage was already done. So I did. And now I watch with envy as Kaylee scarfs down her breakfast granola and tells me, “delish Mama.” I’m not the only one out there that does stuff like this am I? You know have a sleep deprived moment of unthinking idiocy?
