Last min chaperone substitution happened for this field trip. Janice could hardly walk from her

damaged back  nerves and Jon had the day off.  So Kaylee got to go have fun with Dad.  So

grateful for understanding teachers! Parenting with damaged nerves is often challenging and

often  disappointing on rough days. So happy for my crew being understanding on bad days. It was a perfect field trip for Space nerd Dad to go on. Space nerd Mom was not jealous at all. Not.at.all.

Grandma Toni paid us a small visit on her way out of town. She swung into town (from California) to pick up big sister Elizabeth and stopped by before heading back out. So NOT just Grandma time. SISTER TIME TOO! We also got to meet her friend Traci. So fun.

Such a fun little visit.

Another year of school Christmas concerts. Another year where it’s two nights in a row for us

due to how they split grades and shows up. The little girls former foster family came to one of

the shows. Vala is forever acting out making faces or pretedning she is not capable to get attention. Since

former foster sister was holding Zoe Vala was all sorts of attention seeking. Our three performers did well.
