Soccer!

I know, I know. More soccer. What can I say… we like it. 🙂 The girls soccer team played a couple of games last night up in Cedar. So Kaylee & I went to watch, & visit. The girls won the first game, and tied the second. Two of our girls went to the hospital for injuries. It was like a blood bath the first game! Luckily their injuries were not as bad as anticipated. Kaylee & I had fun visiting with my Dad & Barry. It’s always nice when there’s a game up here.
It’s a good change of pace from the norm.

Jon decided it was past time for a family gathering, & I agreed. So we had everyone who could come over on Sat. for a barbecue. Next time will give everyone more notice so more can come. It was a really fun afternoon with the kids. Jerris brought Jacob a Trikke & all the boys had fun putting it together & ridding it. Sarah had fun ridding Kaylee’s bike. Yes she already has one, because Aunt Linda is awesome! The babies stayed inside & played with me & Cole. Food, rides, & fun for all.

We went down to St. George on Sat. to celebrate Matt’s Birthday. It was loads of fun. I even baked for the occasion! I know what your all thinking (Janice doesn’t bake), but the peach cobbler turned out great. I made it from peaches I canned myself, so it was sort of a big deal. It was Matt’s gift from me. He loves peaches. Kaylee got to meet Tiffany & those two took to eachother like peas in a pod!
