this is Kaylee’s new favorite word. she asks me why about EVERYTHING. honestly i LOVE it. but it led to this conversation that makes me laugh and equally terrifies me (and Jon) for teenage Kaylee.

this was a conversation i had with my little 21 month old about a week ago. i was changing a particularly foul diaper of hers and trying not to breath too much.

me: “Kaylee you should really go poo poo in the potty.”

kaylee: “why?”

me: “everyone goes poo poo in the potty.”

kaylee:” a Ree Ree.”

i didn’t know how to respond to such a logical argument. for heavens sake she was right Regan doesn’t poop in the potty!

My good friend and walking buddy called me up and asked if I was ready to start back up with our morning walks. Misty is so good at motivating my lazy bum into gear. I am so excited! After MONTHS of not being able to hardly move I went on my first walk today. It was a crisp 25 degrees and sunny. So today I did 40 minutes with 10 lbs of leg weights, plus Regan’s weight (I wore him). I could have done longer but Mister Man started to stir and want to eat. I am really looking forward to tomorrow’s walk!

Kaylee all cozy in the stroller. The double stroller has a flat so today’s solution was to wear Regan and use the little stroller. It worked great, but I think I’ll be able to walk faster with the double. I also started this online program that I really love. I always feel great after I work out, gotta love all those endorphins!
