Reunited and it feels so good.

Gotta say it is sooo good to be home with my Hunny. This is what happened. Jon was supposed to go to Tennessee for Megan’s baby blessing, and be gone for four days. Well his plans fell through, but I had already made plans with my family. So Kaylee and I went down to St. George for a long weekend. Thanks Dad for coming to get us and for the humidifier. Mom for the awesome food and shopping. Barry for being the best Uncle and brother (love talking with you). Aunt Linda for my new found weakness (Key Lime pie), the visit, and the girls playing with Kaylee. And Sam for being Auntie Lipgloss, and dancing with Kaylee (you really are her favorite). Thank you everyone for a lovely weekend.

A.K.A Jon/Daddy. It was lots of fun. We went to Chillies, and got some really yummy fajitas. Next time we will get something that comes on safer plates. It was interesting trying to keep Kaylee away from the sizzling platters. I had a biter biscuit and cheerios for Kaylee, but about ten min. into her biscuit she dropped it. So Jon gave her a chip which she LOVED. After that she didn’t want anything to do with her cheerios. I love nights where I don’t have to cook or clean after a meal. Thank you Tebb’s Family for the gift card, and Jon for takings us.

Kaylee stayed up with everyone to ring in the New Year. I was pleasantly surprised that she made it with only hungry fussing (and not much of that), not any tired fussing. She had so much fun playing and interacting with everyone, that she didn’t even want to nap. We as always had an awesome time at Jaime and Linda’s. They sure know how to throw a party. Food, games, laughter, and TONS of fun! I have two thing to say…SCONES & KEY LIME PIE! Woo Hoo.

Kaylee in her car seat at about 12:30 am. She was ready to keep playing. Just a little wired with excitement. And yes we payed the price for messing with her schedule, but it was worth it. 😉
