After a day out eating and shopping and Temple visiting with her Yaiyai (I forgot the camera!) we met up with Grandpa and cousins at a toy story. The Grandpaaa let the kids roam the store and pick out anything they wanted. I went around with my two vetoing items that were far too expensive.

Christmas day 2013

We woke up opened presents, loaded the van and hit the road. We caravaned with the Day family. Wlkie talkies' are so fun!

IMG_7835 IMG_7836 IMG_7838 IMG_7842 IMG_7850Jon made me an awesome bath book holder, and got me goodies to go with it! IMG_7854 IMG_7856Kaylee randomly asked to write Santa a wish list letter. Post shopping. I panicked. Her list: A wonder Woman doll, a Wonder Woman book, a purple dress.

When she was done I was SO happy. She was getting everything on her list. EXCEPT the purple dress. I told her that since she recently got a new purple dress Santa would surprise her with something. She was fine with that.IMG_7858Months ago Nicole gave me a bag of dresses for Kaylee to grow into. I put them in the back of the closet to save. Christmas miracle and answered prayers, and one thrilled and grateful little girl! She hugged her "new" dress for minutes, many minutes before deciding to open more gifts.IMG_7867 IMG_7872 IMG_7876 IMG_7878These two got each other new action figures. Seven hours later we were finally in Utah opening more presents.
