Random pictures of what we’ve been up to over the last 6 weeks. In reverse order because I don’t feel like fixing it. 😉 So either read it from the bottom up if you want things to flow, or not. Up to you.
Carter’s birthday party was So fun. Kaylee got him some Spider Man sunglasses and suckers.
She was VERY excited for him to open his gift.
Regan was thrilled with the Dum-dums that fell out of the pinata.
He was very happy to finally get a turn.
Mckayle had to hold him back (I was the picture taker) so he wouldn’t get clobbered.
Kaylee was unusually delicate with the pinata. Gave it a couple light taps before giving up her turn.
Most of the children waiting for pinata time. They just sat there while Mitch got it hung up inside the bounce house.
Eating cake and ice cream. I tried to give Regan a tiny bit, but he refused (VERY odd).
The birthday boy posing for me so I could get a picture of him next to the pinata I made. I really hope Regan has a Spider Man phase. It was the easiest and by far the best pinata I’ve ever made!
They both had their backpacks on and were discussing what they would need to road trip it to the new house. Kaylee had the blanket, Carter had the crayons. They also talk often about packing Carter so we don’t forget to take him.
A girls trip up north (Kaylee and Regan stayed at Carter’s house. THANKS Mckayle!!!) to look for wedding and bridesmaid dresses. And yes that is a vicking beenie on my head. Jack’ee and Sam got it for me (Late b-day gift). It’s going to be part of this years Halloween costume. And it gives me endless giggles when the children wear it.
This is NOT the one Jack’ee got. But I needed a picture of her in ONE of the dresses she tried on.
We didn’t need to worry about leftover cheese cake this night. Kaylee and Corbin cleaned the dish.
All my spare bedding is packed up. Kaylee isn’t used to my bed being “naked” while I’m washing the used sheets. So this day she “made” my bed for me. Barbies included free of charge. Meanwhile she had to strip Regan and her bed to do it. She’s funny!
My Mom decided she wanted my dinning room light, my range microwave, and living/kitchen fans. So that got me thinking that well if my house is getting some downgraded stuff I should offer everything else to Mckayle. So this was the children snacking while the great switch-a-roo took place. My house looks strange now. BUT Mom and Mckayle got free and needed upgrades which was awesome.
Kaylee got into my make-up. This was the pre scolding photo. Because while I was mad it was also VERY funny.
Kaylee teaching Carter how to play Starfall.
Our first FHE without Jon. The Owens’ invited us over for dinner and bounce house fun. It was so nice and so fun.
