Primer time! YEA!!!!
Jon and I taped off windows and doors, then we headed home for dinner. Jon ate a quick bite then headed back over to Joshily house for the fun part.
We drove up to Panguitch lake to do some sledding and ice fishing. Joel took us down the wrong road, and the van got stuck while backing out. Good times. We thankfully were on this fun family adventure with everyone so there was plenty of help to get us out.
Hey Regan you need to walk slow and on the snow not the ice okay. Kid didn't listen. Good thing he was all fluffy with snow cloths. Sheesh.
I snapped him out of his pity party by slapping him on a sled and shoving him down an icy ramp onto a frozen lake. "Let's do it again!" Happy boy.
Jon- "Hey Janice get a picture of that bird." Janice- "Dude! That not 'a bird' it's a bald eagle!" You just don't see stuff like this in the city.
These girls were not great at steering. Kaylee got nervous and bailed out. They stopped a couple of feet shy of some boulders.
Regan mid yelling, "YEEEEEHAAAAW!"
Fishing time. Nothing is more fun the making a snow angel next to an auger.
It cracks me up that she LOVES fishing, and yet a live fish freaks her out. She was so excited to catch a fish, but would only get so close for a photo. We got to have our sweet Emma ride back to Grandma's house with us. It was SUCH a quiet ride home. These three were SOOOO worn out.
Regan got to tag along to the class Christmas party. Small perk of being a home room Mom. 🙂
I made a pin the nose on Rudolf game and a giant candy cane pinata. The pinata lasted for all 18 of the students! Not gonna lie, I was pretty worried about someone not being able to get a turn.
The students all had these cute hats to wear that they made the day before.
We had fun. Regan did amazing sitting on the sidelines and being my helper. And Kaylee was excited that we were there.
