Flying

We headed to the park Saturday mid morning. Kaylee thought she was going to die from the heat the whole time. Had a complete come apart. We all had fun anyway.
It was a bit windy.
Regan where’s Daddy?
“Over dere. He flying plane!”
I thought that the camp chair would be for me. That I would sit and watch Jon and the children run around. But since Kaylee was dying from the heat she got to sit and sip ice water. While I stood over her holding the umbrella for shade. Princess? Yes she is.
Regan though he’d be helpful and run the extra prop out to Daddy.
Jon didn’t need it so Regan “flew” around the grass with it for a bit.
And here is Princess Kaylee sitting in her own personal shade.
The wind won.
But that’s o.k.
I made them pose for me. And since they love me they even smiled.
We do enjoy taking the plane out.

Just the girls. NOT the boys.

That’s what I’ve herd about our girl’s day plans ALL week long from Kaylee.

We all had a lovely girl’s day out. Olive Garden, shopping, Brave. Kaylee was bouncing all over the place with excitement. Everything was great. Awesome food, great shopping, WONDERFUL movie. Although do to me wanting to “just swing in real quick” to Sally’s beauty supply we ended up on the very FRONT row for the movie. It was still so much fun!

Les’t go fly a kite.

We went on an outing Friday night. The Phoenix Temple is being built just a short five minute drive from our house so we took the children to see the progress.

We put them on top of the car for a better view.  Regan did not approve. Kaylee thought it was great fun.

Regan liked this method MUCH better.

It’s going to be so pretty, and SO close. We feel super blessed to live just down the road.

After visiting the Temple build we headed out to the R.C. flight range place. They were closed, but that’s o.k. we had Kaylee’s kite to fly.

She bought this bad boy with her own money. She was quite proud of her purchase.

Regan had fun just watching Daddy and Kaylee fly her kite.

She did so great. I was really impressed with how long and well she kept the kite up.
