So. We’re buying a new to us house. Our friend’s backyard neighbor was planning to selling his home. They asked if Jon and I could come take a look and possibly make a deal. DEAL done. We’re buying this 4 bed 2 bath great bones gem and are thrilled with the location!

A rough layout of the house. All the yellow is asbestos. Boo. No lead paint though. Yay. We’ll change the layout slightly. Great bones. Meets all our spacial, emotional, and locational needs.
