Jon has been working on the janky out building that was built at two separate times in two separate halves by two different old men. He’s had to shim and fir out every bit to level and plumb the walls and ceilings. Here a few pics of the new window install. His home office getting done stat means he can work from the new place while keeping an eye on contractors working on the house. When we get to that phase anyway.

He still needs to dig a trench to pull all the power and tech cables over to this outbuilding. There is a TON of work to do.

SO strange how wildly different a pandemic can make even the simplest of things. Our emotions swung heavy for his little drive through graduation.

What an odd time in our life/society. Ronon was happy to see his teachers, but really bummed that he couldn’t hug them or hang out with his classmates.

The laundry was partially sunken and tiled via the flippers who the previous owner bought the house from. He framed out and leveled the floor. However since we want to tile we needed to tear out all the old so we could cement fill in the sunken bit and level it for future tiling.

We are paying a cement guy to do the pour. Multi level floor space will be no more. Yay.
