So there was this noise see. And it was a strange hissing noise. And then I noticed the water. Because I slipped and almost died. And then I turned off the water to the toilet (that’s the extent of my handiness) had a mini meltdown and called Jon. Because the wall behind the toilet was soggy and water was running through the wall from the toilet room to our sink area! AND then I went to the hall to grab towels and the hall flooring was soggy too!!!! I’m mean it just kept getting worse! Water was running through the walls and ruining all the floors! 🙁 Plus I live in the dark place so visions of mold and sickness and death….

Jon came home and fixed it all. An hour and a half and no more leak. It was a long lunch break and then he went back to the office. Meanwhile I got to try cleaning with all the children milling about. Sometimes I miss an office job.

I was left with this hot mess. BUT the leaky pipe was fixed fast AND Jon had everything on hand to do it. Yea for torches and extra copper pipe and stuff. Also yea for a handy hubby because plumbers are pricey!Our fancy rig to dry everything out…. This is gonna take a while.
